A child's future starts with a classroom.

In rural Mbarara, a uniform, a meal, and a caring teacher can change the course of a child's entire life. We connect families who have almost nothing with the support their children need to stay in school, stay healthy, and reach for a future their parents could only imagine.

Our Mission

Every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and dream.

Our USA-based non-profit foundation's primary role is to secure financial donations in support of the Ugandan ngo (non-governmental organization) of St. Bruno Children's Community Foundation. Their mission is outreach to poor, vulnerable school children and their families in the rural district of Mbarara, of southwestern Uganda.

Who We Are

From one orphan's story to a community's hope.

St. Bruno Children's Community Foundation began in 2017 in Nyakasa village, Uganda, to help orphans and vulnerable children stay in school. Today it sponsors more than 30 students and runs clean water, nutrition, and youth skills programs — supported by a U.S. 501(c)(3) partner charity based in Oregon.

Voices From Our Community

The sponsors, partners, and friends who make this work possible share what it means to them.

“Sponsoring a child through Friends of St. Bruno has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life. The updates from Nyakasa show real, measurable progress — a child in school, a family supported, a community growing stronger.”

“The Saturday program — English and Bible lessons with a hot, nutritious porridge breakfast — is such a simple idea with such a big impact. The children light up. The whole community comes together around them.”

“What sets this foundation apart is how personal it is. Collins knows every child and every family. When you give, you can see exactly who you are helping and how it changes their path.”

Your generosity keeps a child in school, nourished, and hopeful.

Every scholarship, every Saturday breakfast, every gallon of clean water begins with someone who chose to care. Be that someone today.
